Our approach and commitment

At Nature Bio, we take a holistic approach to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, meaning we want to create an environment where everyone feels valued and welcome.

In 2024, Nature Bio successfully concluded the ‘Diversity Compass’ pilot project after a total duration of 15 months. The project was initiated in 2023 by the Stifterverband and the Diversity Charter. In addition to Nature Bio, five other companies took part. The aim of the pilot is to design structures, tools and measures to include diverse groups of people in everyday working life and to consider them in all areas and processes of the company as well as to firmly anchor Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in the corporate culture. The project was supported by external process support. As part of the project, Nature Bio formulated a DEI vision and mission in an international project group and developed a maturity approach for the continuous development of diversity activities.
